ADHD medicine is expensive!
Date: | December 11, 2015 |
Long-acting ADHD medications have become extremely expensive, often $10 a pill or more. Even generic "XR" medications have become exorbitantly expensive. But short-acting methylphenidate often costs under $1 per pill. The downside is that the child must take a dose every 3-4 hours through the school day.
