CDC: School starts too early
Date: | September 7, 2015 |
The CDC says too many school districts begin school too early, especially for high school students. As a result, many middle school and high school students are getting less than eight hours of sleep a night, though 8 and a half to 9 and a half hours is recommended. The AAP recommends starting school at 8:30 or after.
