CDC: School starts too early

The CDC says too many school districts begin school too early, especially for high school students.  As a result, many middle school and high school students are getting less than eight hours of sleep a night, though 8 and a half to 9 and a half hours is recommended.  The AAP recommends starting school at 8:30 or after.
