DE schools to stay open

Delaware public schools will not alter their plans to stay open on a limited "hybrid" basis, despite the recent rise in Coronavirus cases.  Read about it here:

There have been only a small number of cases of COVID-19 transmission reported from schools.  Teachers and school districts have been successful at implementing social distancing, universal masks, and other strategies.  The largest number of cases of transmission seems to be related to indoor dining at restaurants and bars, and with family gatherings.  To me, it makes sense to try to keep schools open; restricting exposure at bars, restaurants and large family gatherings will more likely suppress further transmission.
